My name is Charlie Kay. I'm a home inspector, living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I am excited to create a comfortable, secure, and transparent experience for home buyers.
I've spent much of my life building things, creating beautiful spaces for people, and traveling the world. I previously played college basketball, and then went on to work on projects across the United States that were geared toward growing fresh foods, and maintaining vast expanses of land. I ended up landing in Ann Arbor after meeting my partner, and we've enjoyed learning more about this wonderful and eclectic city together, while embracing the amazing diversity of the Water Hill neighborhood.
I am very excited to use my knowledge and experience to allow home buyers to feel safe and positive about their experience. It also allows me to contribute to making Ann Arbor and surrounding communities a richer place to live.

PS: This is our new dog, LuLu. She's a 10-year-old rescue from Detroit and she's deaf. That doesn't stop her from learning all about her new environment. As a lifelong foster parent of dogs, I understand the need for a permanent and stable place to live!
