The examination will also look at safety issues and evidence of insect, water, or fire damage. These are designed for people who have lived in their home for five years or more.

INTERNACHI "WE'LL BUY YOUR HOME" GUARANTEE

Committed to Peace of Mind

Valid for home buys and home inspectors by using InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors only. The home must be listed for sale by a licensed real estate agent. The Guarantee excludes defects not present at the time of inspection or not required to be inspected. The Guarantee will be honored for 90 days after closing. MOLD INSPECTIONS

Committed to your safety

Mold inspections are a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property to look for mold. If mold is detected, samples will be taken to identify the type of mold present.
